Outlook is a personal information manager software system from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. Though primarily an email client, Outlook also includes such functions as calendaring, task managing, contact managing, note-taking.

Follow these steps to set up Thunderbird to access your Mailbox:
1. Installing Outlook
Note that, Outlook is not free to use, you should have a active Office 365 plan or Licensed version of Microsoft office suite to use it.
Go to https://www.office.com/. Signin with your microsoft account.
Click on "Install Office" on the header
Once you download it, open the installer and it will automatically run the installation
2. Adding an Account
Once you have installed it, open the application.
Click on File on the Menubar.
Click Add Account Button
A popup window will open. Enter your email address
Expand Advanced Options, check Let me set up my account manually. Then Click Connect
On Advanced Setup window, click in IMAP
Enter the details as shown below, then click next:
In IMAP Account Settings, Enter your password.
You might get a Internet security Warning, click Yes to continue
Once authenticated, you will see a window like this. Click on Done to finish the setup
You can view your email folders from left sidemenu
