You can change you PHP version via the left Virtualmin menu, under the category "Server Configuration". Select "PHP Options". There you can choose a "Maximum PHP script run time" as well as your "PHP versions" of choice from the drop down menu. It is recommended to choose the most recent PHP version. Click "Save" in the end. You dont need to change anything under the section "PHP information".
